Craftsmanship & Dimensional Variation Notice

All MAK Modern pieces are handcrafted, and because of this, slight dimensional variations are normal and expected. Finished measurements may vary by up to 1–1.5 inches from the listed specifications due to upholstery tension, foam density, material thickness, frame construction, and natural settling over time. These variations occur across all materials — leather, fabric, wood, and foam — and are not considered defects.

Material Break‑In Disclaimer

Upholstered products naturally soften and relax as they break in. Early measurements may appear tighter or slightly smaller before the materials settle into their final shape. This applies to both leather and fabric products.
